Loading regime
(5 days) 5g (1 heaped teaspoon) 4 times a day. If over 220lbs bodyweight, 5g 5-6 times a day.
Maintenance regime
Up to 5g once a day. If over 220lb bodyweight, up to 5g twice a day. If a regular maintenance regime is maintained, reloading is unnecessary.
