Recommended Dosage:
2 capsules twice daily taken with a full glass of water. Children between 6 and 12, half adult dose.

Ingredients:
Per capsule: Pysllium Husk pure powdered husk 400mg, Vegetable hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (HMPC) (approx) 95mg.

Cautions:
Do not use if seal is broken.
Store below 25°c out of sunlight.
Keep out of reach of children.
Do not take during pregnancy.
